When I founded The GEMS Camp - Girls interested in Engineering, Mathematics, and Science, I wasn’t simply launching a summer program. I was declaring a movement.

It was a promise to young women: You BELONG here. You are CAPABLE. You are READY.

The GEMS Camp became a place where girls could explore STEM, leadership, and global citizenship. But more than that, it became a place where they discovered themselves.
Why Connection Changes Everything
The spark is not found in isolation. It is rekindled through connection.
